We source top quality large plaice fillets from Holland, where plaice is virtually a religion.  Each pack of plaice fillets contains two fillets, one of which has been wrapped in a freezer bag which enables you to separate them and remove one at a time if required. We also sell the whole plaice which has been gutted and trimmed ready for cooking.
